Including Diploma in Business Management, Leadership and Innovation accredited at Level 6 by Qualifi, an Ofqual awarding body.

The Pre-Master’s in Business Management includes a Diploma in Business Management, Leadership and Innovation, accredited at Level 6 by Qualifi, an Ofqual-recognised awarding body in the United Kingdom.

Modern organisations face increasing pressure to innovate and adapt within rapidly changing environments. The ability to develop creative solutions, embrace diversity, and implement sustainable long-term strategies is essential for businesses to remain competitive and successful.

This dynamic and contemporary programme can be taken as a standalone qualification, providing 120 credits at Level 6, which is equivalent to the final year of an undergraduate degree. It also serves as a progression pathway to master’s degree programmes at leading UK universities.

One of the key objectives of the Pre-Master’s programme is to support students who may not meet the traditional entry requirements for a master’s degree. The course helps them strengthen their academic background while gaining valuable insight into the modern business environment they will encounter during postgraduate study.

Students develop an understanding of how organisations operate, including their objectives, processes, and the external factors that influence them. The programme also focuses on applying management concepts, tools, and techniques in ways that align with organisational culture while encouraging critical thinking and reflective learning.

Through practical learning, students explore how businesses can continuously innovate and adapt. The programme introduces modern approaches such as design thinking and open innovation frameworks, enabling students to drive innovation within established organisations or emerging business ventures.

Classes are delivered in small groups, either at our London study centre or through virtual online classrooms, ensuring a supportive and interactive learning experience.

The programme also provides progression opportunities to leading UK university business schools, including the University of Derby, where students may continue their studies in specialised master’s programmes such as International Business Management, Human Resource Management, Marketing Management, Finance, and Hospitality Management.
